Swimming Pool

Our swimming pool, with a view of the river and Portugal, is available to guests together with sun loungers and a shaded area.

The gate is kept locked for the safety of children with a key in each lodge. A small barbeque area is adjacent to the pool, and the large garden, full of fruit trees and shrubs adds to the air of seclusion.

Bodega / Bar terrace

This area is steeped in the history of the finca, with an ancient horreo in the background, and the use of the private, courtesy bar with a 250 year old bodega (wine store) behind.

The rambling passion fruit adds extra shade for guests who wish to soak up the atmosphere and view on warm summer days.

Courtesy Bar and Reception Area

'This room houses the reception area and private bar.

It can be used by guests as a casual meeting area and games room, and has the ideal ambience for in house wine and port tasting.

For larger parties, and by arrangement, the area is suitable as a mini-conference or meeting room.
